Diane Brookshaw - Board Member
Low Hill has been home to me for all my life and to my parents for nearly fifty years. I have never wanted to live anywhere else. As a Board Member I sit on the Allocations Panel which oversees the running of our Choose Your Home scheme, the Repairs Focus Group which monitors and develops of repairs and maintenance service and The Growler Editorial Group which puts out our tenant magazine.
Since joining the Board I have had many opportunities to undertake training, attend national conferences and in September 2007 I completed my NVQ in Housing Management.
My memories of the estate reflect the changes that have happened since my birth and I am proud to say Low Hill is better now than it has ever been. Our homes reflect the achievements of Bushbury Hill EMB volunteer Board Members and I am grateful I have had the opportunity to be a Board Member and help improve and further improve the Estate for future generations.
