The Tenant Managers of Bushbury Hill have worked for over ten years to deliver a high quality local housing service to their community.

In 1998, following several years of training, The Board of Bushbury Hill Estate Management Board (BHEMB) took over the responsibility for day to day repairs, rent collection and reletting our empty homes.

In 2008 the Board and staff of BHEMB celebrated 10 years of providing a tenant led service and will continue to “strive for excellence”.

We hope our website has something to interest every surfer, from our tenants and home owners, to indeed tenants across the world who may benefit from learning more about the Bushbury Hill experience.
