My career with Bushbury Hill EMB started in November 2003 when I became a temporary member of staff as the receptionist. Soon after I joined the staff team as a permanent member and moved into my current role as Community Liaison Officer in late 2004.
Having previously worked in the private sector I found it enlightening to work for volunteers who were more interested in making a difference for the community rather than a profit! Very heady stuff!
In the last couple of years I have focussed on improving the amenities the Management Centre offers the estate and ensuring our tenants know of the new opportunities available to them.
I look forward to the future of Bushbury Hill and helping the Board Members improve the Estate and the lives of our residents.
