Karen joined the staff team at Bushbury in 2004 and finds her job both challenging and extremely rewarding. On a day to day basis Karen oversees the Finance and Budgets and the day to day operational running of the organisation. Karen is determined to help as many tenants as possible to achieve their goals and has a wide knowledge of policies and procedures, local organisations and benefits for tenants.
