Monica Rose - Housing Assistant
My name is Monica Rose I started working for BHEMB in May 2006 as a Housing Assistant.
I am involved in cashiering, processing housing application form, interviewing tenants, advertising properties for Choose your home and visiting new tenants.
In the past I have worked for a Sheltered Housing Association in Wolverhampton and I have recently completed My NVQ in housing to gain more housing knowledge.
My role is very enjoyable as I am always meeting and helping people. It is a pleasure working at Bushbury to broaden my knowledge further and provide good service to the community.
