We welcome applications from all people who share the Tenant Managers’ vision and who want to help make Bushbury Hill a happy, healthy and vibrant place in which to live. You do have to be entitled to hold a council tenancy, if you are not sure if this applies to you then please ‘Contact Us’

How popular is Bushbury Hill?

Since taking on management of Bushbury Hill in 1998 the Tenant Managers have made Bushbury Hill a place where lots of people want to live. Our success is reflected in the popularity of the estate with more than 60 applicants, on average, for every available home.

How many homes are available?

Bushbury Hill is a settled community with some residents having lived in the area since the estate was built. Bushbury Hill EMB seeks to maintain and support the community by providing homes that people want to stay in and raise their families. In a typical year we will have 25-35 homes become available to let. Most of these will be 2 or 3 bedroom family houses with smaller numbers of bungalows and flats.
