Office Closure

Following the most recent government advice we have closed the office until further notice, but for at least the next 3 weeks.

To report any repairs please do so using the 0800 328 4090 number, only emergency repairs will be carried out, repairs that are non urgent will be logged and you will be advised when they can be completed. You will be told at the point of calling if your repair is classed as an emergency and we ask that you are honest in your description of the repair and help us keep you and our colleagues and partners safe. It is really important we are only sending operatives out to jobs that are absolutely necessary. 

You still need to pay your rent and it's important that you don't fall behind with these payments. To pay your rent online please visit:

To pay over the phone please call:
01902 556789, when entering your account reference number, miss off the letter of your payment reference and this should work!
