People who complete Wolverhampton’s biggest ever health and lifestyle survey can claim a free £5 voucher to spend in one of the city’s 7 community shops. You can also choose from a list of community organisations and charities which will receive an added financial incentive of £2 per completed survey.
A list of the local community shops can be found here. Alternatively, it can be used at selected barbers and hairdressers.
