The Tenant Managers actively monitor the work of Bushbury Hill EMB through a number of committees which focus on different parts of the organisation. These include:

Meet the Board

On the Ground

The staff employed by Bushbury Hill bring a wide range of professional skills and experience to the organisation.
  • The Central Services Team are responsible for leading the organisation, community liaison, finance and administration.
  • The Property Team run the repairs service, get empty homes ready to let and keep an eye on the overall condition of homes on the estate.
  • The Tenancy Team deal with tenancy issues, rent arrears, neighbour nuisance, housing applications, letting homes and the reception service at the Management Centre.
