We love having your feedback, so if you are particularly happy with an area of our service please use the form below to let us know. 

If you are unhappy with our service please fill in the form and someone will be in touch with you to discuss your problem and try and find a solution or support you to make a formal complaint. You should expect to hear from us within 5 working days of submitting your form.

Concerns will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Bushbury Hill also want to know when a customer is particularly happy with any service they have received and any compliments we receive do get reported back to staff and Board members to allow us to build on our successes.
