We know that many tenants pay all their other bills by Direct Debit. So why not pay your rent that way too, you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly on any date that suits you. If you speak to your rent officer, they will make arrangements for someone to call you to setup the payment schedule. You can pay your rent and service charges by standing order. You will need to set this up with your bank and they will make a regular payment for you on the date you agree.

Using your credit/debit card, you must have your 8 digit rent reference number that ends with a letter at the end. E.g. 1234567C. To check your rent account balance, you will need to register here. Please follow the instructions.
Please note, you are managed by Bushbury Hill EMB, therefore you may not be eligible to all services on the Wolverhampton Homes website.
Ring the 24 hour automated services 0800 180 4464. You must have your 8 digit rent reference number available. It would be advisable to pay your rent by Thursday for your payment to reach your rent account the same week. Payments made over the phone after Thursday will not reach your rent account until the following week.
You must have a customer payment card to make a payment. When using this service, your payment can take up to 7 days to reach your rent account.
Using your credit/debit card, cheque or cash, you can pay you rent at the Bushbury Hill EMB office.
